Scouting provides training for all leaders or interested parents. At the Cub Scout level all of the trainings are available online to give you a better idea of what to do with those energetic "Boys in Blue". Whether you are a Den Leader, Cubmaster, Committee member, or an Assistant these online trainings will give you a basic understanding of what is expected from the position and some of the resources out there to help you so you aren't reinventing the wheel.

What trainings do I need to be considered Trained for my Position?
All leaders need to take Youth Protection Training every two years. Assistant Leaders take the same training as the leader.
