2025 Growing Leaders Campaign

The Growing Leaders Campaign (GLC) is the Narragansett Council’s annual giving campaign that directly supports the programs, camps, marketing, recruitment efforts, volunteer training, and more for our Scouts in Southeastern New England. A gift of $92 supports 1 Scout for 4 months, $184 supports 1 Scout for 8 months, $276 supports 1 Scout for 1 Year, $552 supports 2 Scouts for 1 year, $828 supports 3 Scouts for 1 Year, and a gift of $1932 supports a full patrol or den of 7 Scouts for 1 Year. A gift of $1932 also makes you a Narragansett Council Eagle Club member!

Distinguished Citizens Award Luncheon

The Distinguished Citizens Luncheon recognizes noteworthy /and extraordinary leaders in the community. All proceeds directly support our urban Scouting program, Scoutreach.

Narragansett Council is proud to announce the selection of two outstanding citizens to be honored at the 2025 Distinguished Citizens Awards Luncheon:

• Donato (Dan) A. Bianco, Jr., LIUNA Vice President & New England Regional Manager:  Honored for his unwavering dedication to improving the lives of laborers and his impactful leadership in advancing the labor movement across New England, making our region a better place for families.
• Michael D. D’Ambra-President of D’Ambra Construction Co. & President of Construction Industries of Rhode Island:  Recognized for his exceptional contributions to Rhode Island's infrastructure and his visionary leadership in expanding D’Ambra Construction Co. into a cornerstone of the state's economy, enhancing the quality of life for all citizens.

Moby Dick Scouting Golf Classic

Proceeds from this event support Scouting in the Narragansett Council. This year's tournament will be held at Montaup Country Club on Monday, July 14, 2025

Sporting Clays

Join us for a day of fun, fellowship, and the smell of gunpowder in the morning, you'll have a BLAST! This year's shoot will occur at Addieville East Farm on Friday, September 19, 2025.

Star Spangled Bash 

Join us for the 2025 Star Spangled Bash honoring Scouting's Stars.  Enjoy an evening of fun, celebrations, great hors d'oeuvres, and more all on the water at Hammetts Hotel in Newport!
