Scouts can earn their way and fund their adventure with popcorn!

Your unit will earn 38% of your total sales to fund a fantastic program in 2025!

The Benefits of Selling Popcorn!

1) NO RISK! There are no upfront costs; you only pay for what you sell!
2) The Council accepts returns. We take back what you can’t sell.

Returns will not be accepted after the deadline, and the Unit will be charged for the items. We encourage you to return your extra product early so it can be distributed to other units that need it. *Note that since this is a food product, the Council cannot return any product to the manufacturer. Please be courteous when ordering products.

3) You'll be able to fund your Scouting adventures all year long.
4) Competitive commission structure. 
5) An online sales platform allows 24/7 availability nationwide, and products are shipped directly to the customer (direct-to-consumer).
6) Prizes! The Council pays for Scout prizes and bonuses, while Camp Masters provide additional incentives. Scouts only need to sell 1 item to earn a prize. Units can also opt out of the prize program and earn 40% commission. However, the entire Unit must opt out, and no Scout receives the Council Prizes
7) Opportunity to support our Military with multiple donation options.

Key 2025 Fall Sale Popcorn Dates

May 30th: Unit Leaders commit to 2025 Fall Popcorn Sale. Click here to complete the form.

June 5th: BOOM Event

June 17th: Popcorn Kickoff at 6 pm, location TBA

August 8th: Unit Show & Sell Orders Due into the system

September 6th: Show & Sell Distribution Day

October 4th: Full Return Day - Last day to return any/all products for no charge
After this date, units can only return 15% of their total order or  pay a restocking fee.

October 25th: Show & Sell Payment, Final Returns, Take Orders, and Prize Orders Due *

November 22nd: Take Order Distribution Day

November 29th: Top Sellers Fun Day: TBA

December 5th: Final Payments Deadline **
 *Payment for Show-N-Sell items sold will be required before your order is approved.

**Late payment notice: If your 2025 balance is not paid in full by December 5th, your unit will receive a maximum of 35% commission, 3% less than the standard commission.

Commission Structure/Finances:

Over 70% of the dollars raised are returned to Scouting! Each Unit will receive a 38% Base Commission. Units can also opt out of the prize program and earn 40% commission. However, the entire Unit must opt out, and no Scout receives the Council Prizes. The Unit Kernel must inform the Council Popcorn Kernel by September 30th in writing.
